Cathay Associates Kejie advisedSino-Ocean Group Holding Limited (“Sino-Ocean Group”) on theapplication for registration and issuance of RMB10 billion medium-term notes (the“Notes”) to China’s interbank bondmarket (“Interbank Market”) . The notes were approved by NationalAssociation of Financial Market Institutional Investors on March 9, 2017 withthe registered amount of RMB10 billion. It was the first time that Sino-OceanGroup registered and issued Panda Bonds on the Interbank Market.
