Kejie was retained by Sino Prosperity Real Estate Fund L.P. (the “Fund”)as its PRC legal counsel on its daily operation and its potential investments in the PRC.

The Fund was organized by Sino-Ocean Land and KKR.  The principal objective of the Fund is to invest in real estate projects located in the PRC through outright ownership, by forming joint ventures or by investing in other entities that own real estate projects.
