Kejie advised Sino-Ocean Land on its acquisition of majority equity interest of Mizhiyun (Beijing) Call Center Industrial Base Limited (“Company”) from Beijing MiyunEconomy Development Zone Corporationthrough bidding.The Company was authorized by People’s Government of Miyun Country as the general developer of the project of “BeijingDigital Information Industrial Base”.

Kejie’s work includes, among others, (i) conducting legal due diligence investigation of the Company; (ii) documentation, including reviewing and revising the RESTRUCTURE AGREEMENT and the EQUITY TRANSACTION CONTRACT and drafting, reviewing and revising other legal documents relating to this transaction; and (iii) assisting Sino-Ocean Land on the closing of this transaction.
