Kejie Advised ShanXi Securities Company Limited (“ShanXi Securities”) on its issuance of new shares to purchase the entire equity interest in Green Futures Company Limited (“Green Futures”).   ShanXi Securities and shareholders of Green Futures have entered into a framework agreement in connection with this transaction. This transaction is currently under planning process, and shares in ShanXi Securities have been suspended since15 May 2012.

Kejie Team was led by partner He Jie and included Li Xin and Liu Bo.

Kejie also advised ShanXi Securities on the establishment of Zhong De Securities Company Limited, a securities joint venture between ShanXi Securities and Deutsche Bank AG.
