Kejie has advised Huatai Life Insurance Co., Ltd. (“Huatai Life”) on the Issuance of 10-year RMB700 Million Subordinated Term Debts (“the Issuance”).  The Issuance was approved by China Insurance Regulatory Commission (“CIRC”) on August 29, 2012.

Kejie’s work includes, among others, (i) conducting legal due diligence investigation related to the Issuance; (ii) providing legal opinion on the Issuance; (iii) assisting Huatai Life on the special report to CIRC related to the Issuance.

Kejie team was led by partner Fred Hao and included He Fen and Guo Shufen.
