Kejie has advised HNA Tourism Holding (Group) Co., Ltd. (“HNA Tourism”) on the establishment of Beijing Tourism Development Fund (Limited Partnership) (“Beijing Tourism Development Fund” or “Fund”).

Beijing Tourism Development Fund’s initial capital is RMB 1 billion.  The Fund aims to “attract more social funds to invest in Beijing tourism industry, further enrich the tourism industry’s new business model, adjust the tourism industry’s overall arrangement, transform the tourism industry’s growth pattern, and strengthen the tourism industry’s cluster effect, through the guide amplification effects of government investment”.

Kejie’s work includes, among others, (i) reviewing and revising the Beijing Tourism Development Fund (Limited Partnership) Limited Partnership Agreement, drafting Fund Management Agreement and Fund Custody Agreement; (ii) drafting Fund related Rules of Procedure and Internal Control System (including but not limited to the Rules of Procedure of Risk Control Committee, the Rules of Procedure of Investment Advisory Committee and the Rules of Procedure of Investment Decision-making Committee); (iii) other matters related to the Fund’s establishment and investment.
