Kejie advised a Chengdu-based Real Estate Company on its RMB300 million equity and debt financing from a private equity investment fund, the proceeds raised through this transaction would be used in a commercial and residential development project in Chengdu.

The legal service Kejie provided for this financing includes, among others, (i) advising on the transaction structure; (ii) drafting and revising the transaction documents; (iii) participating in the commercial and legal negotiation.
