Kejie advised Huarong International Trust Co., Ltd. (“Huarong International Trust”) on the establishment of several single/collective fund trust plans (“the Transaction”) recently.

The legal services Kejie provided for these transactions include, among others, (i) providing legal opinion on the Transaction; (ii) drafting, reviewing, revising and supplementing the legal documents related to the Transaction.

Huarong International Trust was established by China Huarong Asset Management Co., Ltd. on May 19, 2008, and restructured from Xinjiang International Trust Investment Co., Ltd. (“Xinjiang Investment”). The registered capital of Huarong International Trust is RMB1,517,770,000.  Xinjiang Investment was established on January, 1987, which was one of the earliest companies operating trust investment business in China.
