Beijing Shangshanyihe Investment Management Ltd, the wholly-owned subsidiary of Beijing E20 Environment Co., Ltd., has recently established Beijing E20 No.1 Environment Investment Center (Limited Partnership) (“the Fund”) as the generalpartner.  The partners of the Fund also include Hangzhou Jinjiang Group Co., Ltd., Grandblue Environment Co., Ltd., etc..  The Fund completed the filing formalities withthe Asset Management Association of China and obtained the filing certificateof private investment fund on November 13, 2015 (Filing No.: S69592).
