On 8th August 2015, New Hua Du Supercenter Co., Ltd. (“New Hua Du”) publicly announced its shareholders’ meeting’s approval of its acquisition of 100% of the equity interest of Jiu Ai Zhi He (Beijing) Techonology Limited Company (“Jiu Ai Zhi He”), 100% of the equity interest of Jiu Ai (Tianjin) Technology Development Limited Company and 100% of the equity interest of Luzhou Jujiu Zhi He Electronic Commerce Limited Company held collectively by Guo Fengxiang, Ni Guotao, Cui Dehua, Jin Dan and 4 other natural persons by ways of share issuance and cash payment, and its private placement of shares to raise matching funds. On 14th August 2015, New Hua Du received the letter from China Securities Regulatory Commission acknowledging that its application for the aforementioned shares issuance and cash payment for purchasing assets and raising matching funds has been received.

New Hua Du is a public company listed on the Shenzhen Stock Exchange (listing code:002264). Its main business includes fresh food, general food, commodities and retaildepartment stores.
