Internet catering brand Sexy Salad announced that it has obtained  over tens of millions of RMB investments on its series A financing mainly from Join-Hope and followed by IDG Capital.

Sexy Salad mainly sells salad as staple food for losing fat and adding muscles through Wechat and take-away platforms.  According to the data provided by Sexy Salad, Sexy Salad is the largest healthy take-away catering brand in Shenzhen, and it obtains over thousands of orders every day.

The legal service Kejie provided for Join-Hope on its series A investment in Sexy Salad includes, among others, (i) conducting legal due diligence investigation; (ii) drafting and revising the transaction documents; (iii)  participating in the commercial and legal negotiations.

Kejie team was led by partner Fred Hao and included Liu Xiayi and He Yuting.
