According to the news from JD Finance Equity Crowdfunding Strategy Press Conference, the first domestic crowdfunded coffeehouse ---- 3W Coffee has obtained over tens of millions of RMB investments on its series A financing from JD Finance, Join-Hope and Tsinghua Holdings.

As the first crowdfunded coffeehouse in China, 3W Coffee has opened 6 coffeehouses in Beijing, Shenzhen, Guangzhou and Dongguan, providing one-stop entrepreneuring service for internet people and start-ups; it has been developed into a landmark entrepreneuring coffeehouse in China.

Kejie advised Join-Hope on its series A investment in 3W Coffee in this transaction.  Before that, Kejie also advised Join-Hope on its angel investment in 3W Coffee in 2013.
