Kejie is advising Sino-ocean Land on the sale of 16.57% stake to Chine Life Insurance Company Limited for HKD5.8 billion in cash.

The deal is announced on December 28, 2009.

Kejie team is led by partner Mr. He Jie, and included Ms. Cao Lei and Mr. He Fengnian.
