Capital Semiconductor Limited has entered into agreements with respect to acquisition and license of certain intellectual property rights and modem software relating to the cellular communication technology with Freescale Semiconductor, Inc. and Motorola, Inc. respectively on August 7, 2009. Kejie advised Capital Semiconductor Limited in the transaction.

Capital Semiconductor Limited was founded by Techfaith Wireless Communication Technology Limited and Beijing E-town International Investment & Development Co., Limited, the registered capital of which is one billion RMB.

Kejie team is led by partner Mr. He Jie and included Ms. Li Xin, Ms.Cao Lei and Mr. Zhang Fang.
