Kejie has advised Sino-Ocean Land, a Hong Kong listed company, on its RMB1.2 billion acquisition of 100% equity interest in Dalian Tsanghao Real Estate Company Limited and Grand More Group Limited.

Kejie worked on the transaction, which involved due diligence, transaction structure and documentation. Kejie also assisted Sino-Ocean Land to negotiate with counterparts.
