Aerospace Industrial Investment Fund was set up on Jan. 18, 2010. Aerospace Industrial Investment Fund’s size is 5.0 billion yuan (RMB 5,000,000,000), with 3.03 billion yuan (RMB 3,030,000,000) raised initially.

Aerospace Industrial Investment Fund was set up in the form of limited partnership, with Aerospace Investment Holding Co., Ltd., Beijing E-town International Investment & Development Co., Ltd., China International Trust and Investment Corporation and Haidian State-owned Capital Management Center as Limited Partners, and Aerospace Industrial Investment Fund Management Co., Ltd. as General Partner.
