Kejie recently signed an agreement with Shin Kong – HNA Life, to be appointed as Shin Kong – HNA Life’s legal advisor on its business operations and management.

Shin Kong – HNA Life is a joint venture life insurance company established by Shin Kong Life Insurance Co., Ltd. (Taiwan) and HNA Group. It was registered in March 2009, with a share capital of RMB500 million.

Kejie’s team includes firm’s partner Fred Hao and legal assistant He Fen.
