Kejie advised Taliworks Corporation Berhad and Beijing Puresino-Boda Environmental Engineering Co., Ltd. on the transfer-operate-transfer project of Yinchuan City Waste Water Treatment Co. Ltd. The project includes the transfer of the waste water and recycled water facility assets of Yinchuan City Waste Water Treatment Co. Ltd and operation of the facilities with concession right. The total transfer price of the assets is RMB 810 million and the concession period is thirty years.
