Kejie advised a European Reinsurance Company on the revocation of its Beijing Representative Office.  The revocation of its Beijing Representative Office was formally approved by Beijing Administration for Industry and Commerce on September 9, 2010.

The revocation involved various administrative licensing from Chinese government authorities, such as local tax cancellation registration, state tax cancellation registration, customs record cancellation, cancellation registration with the administration for industry and commerce, organization code certificate cancellation, and cancellation of official seal with the public security authority.  In addition, the revocation of the Beijing Representative Office also involved reporting to China Insurance Regulatory Commission and its Beijing Bureau.
