Kejie advised a state-owned ocean fishery company on the establishment of a joint venture in Hong Kong with an overseas ocean fishery company. The joint venture will be mainly engaged in the operation of oil tankers and refrigerated carriers to provide marine bunkering services and offshore transshipment services to fishery ships.
