China Venture Capital & Private Equity Association (“CVCA”) is the only licensed national association in venture capital & private equity industry in China; the guidance department of  CVCA is National Development and Reform Commission.

The missions of CVCA are to promote and implement related policies and regulations in venture capital & private equity industry, conduct research on significant theories and practical problems, cultivate professionals, enhance industry management, strengthen industry self-discipline, protect the legal rights and interests of the investors, serve as a bridge among the administration agencies, venture capital & private equity firms and the startup companies, and promote the sustained, healthy and rapid development of the venture capital and private equity industry in China.
