Cathay Associates Kejie Advised on the Cooperation between 3e International School, the French International School of Beijing and the French Embassy

3e International School (“3e”)announced that it would cooperate with the French International School ofBeijing and the French Embassy in November 6, 2015. 3e and the FrenchInternational School of Beijing will cooperate and share the new 37,000 squaremeter school building located on East Laiguangying Road, Chaoyang, Beijing.This new school building is designed by Jacques Ferrier, the French architectwho designed the French pavilion at the 2010 Shanghai World EXPO. French International School of Beijing will move to the new campus on April 2016.

Maurice Gourdault-Montagne, the French Ambassador to China, attended the signing ceremony of the memorandum of the Cooperation between 3e International School, the French International School of Beijing andthe French Embassy.

Founded in 2005, 3e’smission is to “foster creative thinkers and collaborative learners, who areable to engage in cross-border cultural communication in a respectful and appreciative manner”. The school has developed a special education modelthrough a research-based curriculum. The school attaches great importance tothe development and cultivation of students’ multicultural awareness,creativity and problem-solving ability. The child-initiated andteacher-directed activities are carried out throughout the teaching system, andthe bilingual multicultural concept is applied to kindergarten and elementary education.

French InternationalSchool of Beijing has a 50-year history in Beijing and a total of 488 French International Schools are widely spread around the world.
