Kejie announces Mr. Pascal DEMKO and Mr. Rupert VÁRNAI joining Kejie as foreign legal counsels, which take effect on August 28，2015.  Mr. Pascal DEMKO and Mr. Rupert VÁRNAI’s practice focus on the area of mergers and acquisitions and investment.  Mr. Pascal DEMKO and Mr. Rupert VÁRNAI have many years of working experience in international law firms.  They advise clients on mergers and acquisitions, investment and other related matters.

Mr. Pascal DEMKO received his master degreeon international business law from Paris I Panthéon – Sorbonne University, France.  He has been in the legal profession since 1991 and worked at Jeantet & Associés, Paris. His practice focuses on the area of mergers and acquisitions, investment, real estate, corporate law and international law.

Mr. Rupert VÁRNAI received his master degree on comparative law from Queensland University, Australia. He has been in the legal  profession since 1997 and worked at Baker & McKenzie, ECOVIS and Yingke. His practice focuses on the area of mergers and acquisitions, investment, media and advertisement, corporate law, competition law and international law.
