Kejie announces the promotion to partner of Zhang Fang, which takes effect at March 1, 2015. Zhang Fang joined Kejie in 2008. Zhang Fang's practice focus on the areas of M&A, securities issuance & capital markets, fund formation and investment.

(US$1.79billion); Beijing Puresino-Boda Environmental Engineering Co., Ltd. and Taliworks Corporation Berhad as the consortium on their acquisition of Yinchuan Sewage Treatment Co., Ltd.(TOT Project); Sino-Ocean Land on its acquisition of dozens of real estate project companies located in Beijing, Shanghai, Tianjin, Dalian, Ningbo, Haikou and Sanya, etc.; Sino-Ocean Land on its issuance of 2.6 billion RMB bonds and four issuance of USD bonds of 3.7 billion in aggregate; a HK listing company Ever Fortune International on its restructuring and very substantial acquisitions; Zhong De Securities, a joint venture investment bank established by Shanxi Securities Co., Ltd. and Deutsche Bank AG; a local government on its establishment of three fund of funds for strategic emerging industry, culture industry and tourist industry (RMB 2billion); formation of about ten local industrial investment funds for strategic emerging industry, culture industry and tourist industry, etc. (RMB 20billion); First Vanguard on its investment in Beijing Puresino-Boda Environmental Engineering Co., Ltd.( now named Poten Environmental Group Co. ,Ltd.).
