Cao Lei practices in the areas of M&A/ disposals/ joint venture, private financing and investment / fund formation and securities issuance & capital markets. She represents clients in several sectors including internet and e-Commerce, real estate, retailing, education, advertising, shipping, mining, securities, semiconductor, automobile, auto parts as well as high-technology. She has extensive experience in structuring, negotiation and documentation of projects in a wide variety of industries.

Ms. Cao received her Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) from NanKai University and Master of Laws (LL.M.) from Peking University. She is fluent in Mandarin and English.
